Express Yourself
This module we continue to add to our library skills of digital tools. As we develop communication skills we become more versatile with methods to choose. In this lesson we add blogging and learn how twitter is used in Ed technology. A blog refers to a journal or diary that is communicated on the Internet. Twitter is an online social networking and microblogging service.
We learned from our lesson that we can communicate with a selected group to engage in topics we are interested in.
This week we added a blog page to our website. We also created and posted our first post to share with cadremates. We also reviewed a few ways blogging is taking place in schools. I share two posts on my blog page of tools that I use in my school environment. This is a good example of how to use this type of communication. Blogging serves as a good way to go back and forth with others that share similar goals. This was fun and I learned of some cool ideas to share with teachers. As we lead teachers and students to increase collaboration in the classroom, blogging becomes an essential technology tool.

Also check out how students are collaborating using Padlet in the class room. My Computer Teacher Mrs. Madere allows students to describe their Digital Life.
